Think Payet much more effective playing central. For a flair player he is also quite good at working back and putting a tackle in. Him in the middle with Antonio and Moses on the wings.

This is a massive must win.
Bilic and the team need to win against lesser teams and win well. We haven't blitzed anyone yet especially at home.

Jelavic is still likely to leave, but with Emenike ineligible and Carroll and Sakho injured we will wait for them to be available
I expect Jelavic to go in the next few weeks though

Nolan is different to O'Brien as in Nolan although Nolan had plenty of interest he simply didn't want to move, waited it out and got a decent job where he's happy.
JOB said he was happy to go as long as he was playing but he was also happy to stay until the end of the season. I've no doubt if he can stay fit he'll get picked up in the summer, most likely I would think in the Championship but he's done well for us and showed he could still contribute on Saturday.

I think this manager has been pretty good at moving on the players he does not want. Even on frees.
Joey did well. Posed more a threat going forward than Tomkins (Not really a knock on Tomkins as that is not really his position.) I think dealing with Liverpool's pacey youngsters will be as much of a test as Villa is right now.

I think Villa will put 2 players on Payet,so we need something more creative than 3 central midfielders.
Moses maybe or play EE and have Valencia up with him.

I'd be surprised if we had any offers from championship clubs let alone Sunderland. Nolan was linked with Sunderland is now in League 1.
Just because he is here doesn't mean he is decent or particularly wanted by the manager either.
He is one, if not the, worst player in the squad and someone we should be looking to replace, like Jelavic who is still here despite being openly discussed about possibly leaving.
